“A good place to live, nothing extraordinary. Covered parking, shared areas always clean, the gym is basic, but all functional. I could give a better review but the agent told me that the pool was under construction, and there is no pool”

“The building has issues now and then with the AC. The location is noisy and crowded and you have people parking at the entrance to the parking bay. Loud speaker sound in the area from early morning till late evening. No swimming pool, though it was promised by the agent. There is excessive smell from neighbors cooking. On top of that the company that manages the building, will deduct more than 60% from your security deposit even if you leave it clean and neat. Very bad experience living here! Glad to move out!”

“When we were looking for a new apartment for rent we liked Al Hamda since there is good location and brand new. But there is not swimming pool(we have been expecting pool from June 2023,but nothing done yet at the moment ). All buildings that near far from have swimming pool. The out windows have never been washed. The area in front of the building is empty(no walkways,no trees, no play grounds-nothing!)”

“Good: - brand new - Good location, can transport to other areas in about 15mins by car - security is very good and very responsive to even maintenance issues where possible Bad: - there is a ventilation problem. Can smell curry for breakfast, lunch and dinner in both of our bedrooms. The smell has even got into our clothes, which i cannot stand. Can smell it in the gym sometimes aswell. They will not fix it even after emails to the building management company, even security has tried to help us but can't get the management company to help - as another review said, no swimming pool and have clearly just lied to potential tenants when we took out the tenancy agreement. We were told it would be built within 2 months of us moving in - a dessert shop has opened behind hamda building recently and has led to large amounts of traffic and excessive honking all hours of the day and night. It is incredibly loud and will go on even at 3am - windows are filthy and have never been cleaned since we moved in back in mid 2023”
