“Building services are very bad, the quality of the kitchen and bathrooms is very cheap, cleanliness is zero, the hallway air conditioners are constantly broken, garbage smell is leaving the house in a state, there has been no maintenance for seven months, I request maintenance but nothing, the rent is expensive, the building has no office, every time someone different answers, there is no care. I'm tired of looking for the office manager or someone responsible, honestly the building is not worth the prices they are charging. Anyone who wants to rent, my advice is to deal with the office, I don't recommend it. To those who are writing the contract in the building, because they even ignore the phone and don't answer, you can call them any day.”

“We were informed that the mosque next to the building is silent; however, this is not accurate. The mosque has external speakers facing the building, and the sound level is quite high, particularly in the early morning. While I respect the call to prayer, I am concerned that the information provided to us was not accurate.”
