“This is thickly populated area mostly expatriate living there. Closer to shrjah border even you can cross by foot, other side is shrjah Al nahda district. Car parking 🅿️ is paid all over the area. This area is suitable for accommodation with a lower budget, room partitions available.”

“Lift is not working most of the time, I'm staying in 12th floor, Most of the time I climb the stairs and always come from the stairs.not clean.”

“Not Good for Families. Only Batchelors live there. Lifts are closed for Maintainence every other day. The Whole building is filled with Cockroaches.”
