“Don’t ever think of renting here ! The management is so bad and they scammed the deposit. Very bad smell in the apartment and problems with the AC”

“Please save yourself do not consider living in this building. First month as the first tenant when this building opened there was already mold infestation coming from the ceiling. It took two months and 20 emails to get a response. And still there is mold everywhere. Plumbing and and drainage issues they will not fix and this is a new building.. You cannot get through to management, they do not care. Coackroach infestation everywhere! Every single apartment has put repellent at the front of the door to stop cockroaches entering. No pest control. No maintenance. No management. I will find leave this building ASAP! I will even forfeit rent contract. It’s simply not worth living in this place. Please do not consider. You will regret it.”

“Great location Great building with a nice atmosphere and view of the city . Brand new building I like to fit out the sizes of the rooms. The facilities is fantastic and the most important part the team it’s really helpful. Thank you, Rockey company for the great building. Thanks again 🫶”
