“Extremely bad maintenance and management. No one replies to any calls or emails. They do sudden maintenance to water supply and cut off water for hours. Cherry on top, every time you talk to them they tell you to pay. All they care about is money without any services provided in return”

“Worst building experience in JVC. RUN AWAY. If you’re thinking of renting or buying here, don’t. Just run away. This building has every possible issue you can imagine, and living here has been a constant stress since day one. ❌ Endless problems in the building • Constant maintenance issues (something is always broken) • AC problems (unreliable / weak / not working properly) • Water pressure issues and inconsistent service • Elevators not working properly / long waiting times • Noise problems (you can’t rest properly, day or night) • Poor overall quality and finishings • Common areas not maintained like they should be ❌ Management is a disaster The management is honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with in Dubai. • Zero professionalism • No follow-up • No accountability • Always delaying • You keep chasing them for days/weeks for basic things • They make promises but nothing gets fixed properly You feel like they don’t care at all once you’ve moved in. Even simple requests become a long fight. Final advice This place is not worth the money, not worth the stress, not worth the time. Dubai has many better buildings for the same price. ⚠️ Avoid at all costs. RUN AWAY.”
