From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Absolutely 💯 loved the design, the attention to detail, the light well, zen garden lobby - after looking at the other developers, this building just clicked with us. Low-rise with an entire floor dedicated to amenities.. and only 70 units. We love small buildings - they are just cozier personal and friendlier. I honestly feel, I got branded luxury at a discount price 🥰. Great friendly service - and I'm very grateful for the custom payment plan.”
