“Very noisy building with 0 sound proofing can hear neighbors, construction all around you, kids would play with fireworks very loudly in-front of the building, parked cars playing music loudly and the security is useless doesn’t tell them anything (I was on very high floor). Elevator is so slow, hot and stinky. This building allows pets which is the main reason for the stinky elevators. Cockroach problems in the wood of the doors/cupboards. The building is constantly undergoing pest control sprays because the cockroaches keep coming back. Management is so bad and unable to get in-touch with for anything. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. You cannot approach anyone for any issue.”

“Very noisy building with 0 sound proofing can hear neighbors, construction all around you, kids would play with fireworks very loudly in-front of the building, parked cars playing music loudly and the security is useless doesn’t tell them anything (I was on very high floor). Elevator is so slow, hot and stinky. This building allows pets which is the main reason for the stinky elevators. Cockroach problems in the wood of the doors/cupboards. “Worst place to stay, first of all the maintenance is really below poor, personally my toilet has been leaking for months and whenever I call someone for support, they make things worse and the people they hire are soooo underqualified 😭. I once called the plubmer to fix my toilet sink, after that day my toilet has been releasing really bad smell and when i called him back to fix the issue it just kept getting worse and more stinky. Whenever people above or next to us shower , my toilet FLOODS. You can clearly hear everything around you, I live in the 5th floor ++ and I can hear when cars pass/ music and my neighbours discussions😂 The whole building has alot of insects/flies and cockroaches because of how unclean or how poorly its maintained. I dont even want to start talking about the managemenet which is more than terrible, they are super rude and never respond to any of our complaints. TO BE VERY HONEST, i think this is rhe worst place to live”

“Terrible experience living here. The building looks decent on the outside, but the reality is far from comfortable. Poor maintenance, constant issues with plumbing, and zero soundproofing — you can hear everything from your neighbors. Management is unresponsive and dismissive of tenant concerns. Not worth the rent at all.”

“The worst experience I’ve had! Cockroaches everywhere. No swimming pool. Toilets are leaking. The building is in the middle of nowhere. Maintenance is zero. Soundproofing is zero. Not worth of money. Avoid this place at all costs!”

“DO NOT RENT IN THIS BUILDING. AVOID!!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND WORST EXPERIENCE. THE BUILDING IS FIRST OF ALL NOT IN JADDAF CENTRAL. SECOND, THERE IS CONSTRUCTION NOISE ALL TIME WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP. MANAGEMENT IS POOR ACCORDING TO THE RENT WE WERE PAYING. AVOID!!!!”
