“Beautiful Stand alone Building. This building have 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments, All have balcony and close kitchen. For male and female separate gymnasium, Swimming Pool and Sauna. “The building itself is beautiful. As you enter the lobby, you notice it is well decorated and it actually reminds me of a hotel lobby. The security and staff are well-mannered and always ready to help. The rooms are well built. Only issues are with the birds flying around which the maintenance team have already started working on. The building has many amenities such as a separate pool, gym and sauna for ladies and even a kids play area ! I've been living here for 3 years now and its safe to say it really is a great place to live in.”

“The building is beautiful and the apartments too, all the staff are wonderful, and the building owner is kind with very good treatment. Additionally, there is a pool, children's play area, sauna, gym, and a nearby mosque, alhamdulillah ❤️”

“The building itself is beautiful. As you enter the lobby, you notice it is well decorated and it actually reminds me of a hotel lobby. “this building has a complete facility, they have swimming pool, gym, kids area, playground even sauna.. all staff good attitude ( cleaner, security) all was friendly the building has a high quality matrial .. this such as like hotel apartments.. 1bhk only 65k affordable!! i'm stay here and its perfect!!!”

“I used to love this building. However, it is poorly managed. They keep changing rules which affected me as a resident. AC units are very noisy. Neighbors Cooking smell from ducts is very strong . They have a bird infestation and they refused to assist us with it. If your unit is by the elevator you will hear the elevator chimes non stop. Location is good on the other hand. There are pools, gyms and facilities. AWR leasing team are mostly unprofessional. The only person that you can have a conversation with and is helpful is Mr Shakeel.”
