From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Very bad building, the rate increases every year just because they want to, the cooking smell is everywhere even in the corridors, cockroaches and bugs are something unsolved while I've been here already almost 1 year.”
