“Zero stars for JSCOM, very bad service. The maintenance team is also very poor. We reported a major drainage blockage in the kitchen and washroom 3 days ago. On the first day, they came and left without fixing anything, and till now there’s been no proper update from them. Very disappointing experience.”

“Very bad and rude behavior from the Filipino receptionist (an older lady). Her attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in the real estate industry. As a receptionist, she is the first point of contact for clients and should be welcoming, respectful, and courteous. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite, which created a very poor first impression of the company.”

“Very bad customer service. Worst real estate. The philipino staff (old lady ) behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Not acceptable at all. Everytime we visit here very bad service.”

“Very bad experience Specially with refunding your deposit The lobby is always without ac The management guys are never available And they deposit they don’t return I did full cleaning and pes control before I left Still they manage to deduct half of deposit And the manager says it’s normal 🤡”

“UAE citizen and tenant for six months in Al Jabri Tower, 7 rooms and living room. Maintenance services are failing. Water leak in the kitchen from the apartment on the fourth floor above us, for four months. I contacted the JSCOM office to communicate with the management to find a solution to the leak problem and unfortunately they leave me hanging on the line until doomsday. I don't recommend anyone from citizens to deal with them 👎 Very poor cooperation.”

“Very bad service and unprofessional staffs. I should get 2.000 aed refund for my deposit, it took them more than 2 months to give me the check and just because I called several times. In the end, they refunded me only 1.700 saying that the 300 was for maintenance charge. Even though I kept the apartment spotless, no damage at all. The receptionist was very rude and specifically mrs Shafique who was completely unprofessional and rude. When I called him, he hanged up on my face and started to ignore my calls. I had a completely horrible experience, don’t recommend them at all!”

“Very bad maintenance service . On fridays they are off but even there is any energency work like tap broken , drainage leak , nobody will come. They charge for swimming pool, gym but not cleaning aminities , nobody can use it. Very old building high rents with white paint color only they are putting. Im a tenant who is experiencing this bad service. Not recommending for any”
