“I purchased a property in Jumeirah Luxury Living expecting premium quality. After the rains, serious roof and waterproofing defects became clear, causing damage and leading to substantial out-of-pocket repair costs. The defects and remedial works are documented by photos, videos, and repair records. The original developer contact channel was no longer available, leaving owners without any meaningful route to resolve the defects. CEO is ahmed kandil fyi”
