What one reviewer said

“Very good property but Wrost Property Management I have seen in my life. Vacating my unit turned into a textbook example of how not to handle property management. I moved out on 17 March and completed all required clearances (DEWA, gas, etc.) by 21 March. All documents were submitted promptly to the property management team. From that point onward, there was complete silence — no responses to calls or emails for over two weeks. Only after escalation to senior management did I receive a response, and what followed was deeply concerning. An inspection report was issued without my presence or prior notice, containing charges that do not align with the actual condition of the unit. Fortunate…”

Fortunately, I have a full video recording of the property taken at the time of move-out, which clearly contradicts these claims. Some of the deductions include: Excessive painting charges despite only normal wear and tear Maintenance costs that are not supported by any invoices or breakdown Incorrect refund calculations that do not even match their own figures Breakdown provided:Security Deposit: AED 3,100Maintenance Charges: AED 2,820Waiver: AED 651Refund Given: AED 790 Even based on their own numbers, the refund calculation appears incorrect. After issuing this, communication stopped again — no responses to follow-ups. This experience raises serious concerns about: Transparency in inspections Fairness in deposit deductions Basic professionalism in communication I will now be taking this matter forward through the Rental Dispute Center under Dubai Land Department. If you are dealing with this management, ensure: You document everything (photos/videos at move-out) You insist on a joint inspection You request invoices for every deduction This is not about the amount — it’s about accountability.”
