“My experience living here has been very disappointing. The air conditioning breaks down every few days, and maintenance takes far too long to respond and fix the issue. There is also a serious lack of parking spaces. We had to constantly follow up and argue before finally being given a parking spot. On top of that, there is a recurring insect problem in the apartment. Despite reporting it multiple times, no one comes to address the issue properly. Overall, the maintenance service is poor, response times are very slow, and management needs significant improvement. I would not recommend this building based on my experience.”
