“Having my WORST TIME in Kappa Acca 3 AJAY is never helpful after he received his Unofficial commission in cash through a security ( I had no Option) I had to be behind him for small maintenance issues Almost 6 months of move in now.. he never replies on time.. and doesnt care about anything.. BEWARE GUYS.. There is a problem with the stove since start.. they replaced it twice and still got me older ones with some or the ither problem.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER …”

“Huge thanks to Ajay. Ajay has honestly been the best real estate agent I’ve dealt with, so friendly, always helpful, and super responsive to all my questions. It’s really sad to be moving out because of our office relocation, but I already know I’ll be coming back to Ajay next time I need help! “Kappa Acca Developer = Pain I have invested in two different projects by Kappa Acca and this is my experience: - Customer Service: 1/10 - SPA terms & conditions: 100% in favor of developer, seller has almost no rights, only obligations to pay - Delivery of the project: 1/10 =expect 1-2 years delays minimum - Forgot about any compensation - But if you delay your payment for a few weeks - expect heavy penalty fee - Get updates from Kappa Acca: 1/10 - Communication with Kappa Acca: 1/10 *Yes, some individual people wiring company are trying their best, but they are victims of the system, and can’t do much when you need support and any information. So in average, 1/10 One is still smth, but considering super competitive Dubai developers market and that others developers nowadays deliver way way higher satisfaction rate, I’ll definitely refrain from buying any projects from Kappa Acca !”

“It is the worst real estate company you can ever see in your life, and I do not recommend anyone to rent with them as their maintenance and materials are poor, and the level of their employees' treatment is bad. After the end of the lease contract, they will hold the security deposit and deduct things from their imagination. But for me, I decided not to give up my right, and I chose to take legal action and received the full security deposit.”

“One of the worst real estate I have ever seen I will never recommend anyone to rent from them. They will give u a disaster apartment along with poor maintenance and once u complete ur contract they will deduct more money and delay ur deposit”
