“I'm speaking about my experience with them. They have a problem with the AC and I contacted them to solve the issue, but they couldn't find a solution and you have to stay silent because there's no other apartment to move to. In this place you have to help yourself - there's no one to help you move your belongings or clean the accommodation. After this experience, I don't expect I will consider booking accommodation outside the hotel or serviced apartment system. The reason is that hotels and serviced apartments have alternative rooms and can move you anytime.”
