“Something is wrong with ventilation system in the building. It is unbearable to be inside the apartment. The humidifier is working non stop, and still the humidity is 90%. The whole ceiling is filled with droplets and wet. The lobby smells. There is no maintenance at all. If you think rent or buy the apartment do it from other developer. As probably this is hazardous to live. Pictures of ceiling from apartments the first floor”

“There are cockroaches all over the building, I’m tired of doing pest control at home. As the building management doesn’t take care of it. I have sent the emails that supposed to be answered within 1 working day. Yet 2 month later still nothing”
