From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“My experience with One Development staff is very bad. I paid a deposit to reserve a residential unit and when I cancelled it, the amount has not been refunded until now. All the staff are lying to me. I have been waiting for more than a month to recover the money and it still hasn't been returned. Unfortunately, this loses the company its credibility by placing sales matters in the hands of dishonest employees. I'm glad I didn't complete the apartment purchase because from the start this is their bad way of dealing with me. They caused me harm and I hope the senior management will look into my issue because this damages the developer's reputation and credibility with customers.”
