“I went today with my husband for viewing the apartment, the security was extremely rude. I agree they have rules that agent should get permission from the owner(email) that should be signed by management before viewing anyways we left the building without saying anything. Worst part one of the security kept on following us though we were in a car going out of the parking and then I and my husband lost control n asked what's the problem why are you following us as if we are doing something wrong nobody wants to stay here. They have no manners extremely bad behaviour and non cooperative. I would never live in a building like this where management is disgusting so is security.”

“The apartments here are reasonably priced and the unit layouts are good. There is a large Carrefour supermarket nearby, making shopping convenient. There is also a bus station nearby, making transportation quite convenient.”

“Supervisor for whole buildings is extremely arrogant, I.know so many people here for 8 years complaining about him!Why do you keep.such aggressive people?There is a gas leaking in.our building 4 days already he did not even inform management?No notified people in the building, absolutely nothing?This Rene is very arrogant, what Supervisor he is?Joke?Screaming to.me even called police then I explained everything to them,they said yes you are right gas leaking is very dangerous!Take an action about this guy!He is not paying my rent,and the way he screamed to a woman .....I felt he will punch me!Disaster service .”

“A very Good residential building with a economical Rent. As being a real Estate broker highly recommend these towers. 2 Main Road access Al khail road and shekh zaid Road. For investment in property highly recommend with a Good ROI. Here are 10 towers by damac. Market unders buildings and walking distance to meisam city center. Area known as Dubai production city and IMPZ , meisam first.”

“it is Awful place , Bad smell every , no pest control , no privacy and very small units . Don't ever think to live un this buildings”
