“Imagine having a leak on your ceiling and the issue wasnt still fixed until now (4 months running), and now we are facing an AC issue that’s been pending for 3 days now (Summer time!). Imagine that you are living here with these kind of building maintenance. IMAGINE THAT!!! So you better think THRICE living here trust me :) Living Nightmare”

“The behavior of the current watchman assigned to this building is highly objectionable and irresponsible. After consuming alcohol, he interferes in matters concerning other buildings. When the fire alarm went off in the adjacent building around 8:45PM today, he went there and removed the battery from the FACP control panel. How did he dare to do such a thing? If a person behaving this way interferes in the affairs of other buildings again, we will lodge a police complaint against him. Kindly Requesting you to, Take action on this person.”

“I had a terrible experience in this building. Building is close to supermarket and bus station. However, it is full of coackroaches and bed bugs. No pool or gym. Poor maintenance. Every few weeks you should expect breakage in something ( light , faucet , cabinet .....) that needs replacement. Yet, rent is above the average rent in Al Warqa. Building is managed by Barzah real estate. The landlord is a very lovely gentleman. However, tentants affairs are handled by a Sudanese officer, who is totally unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. He would twist all facts to get any kind of money that he doesn't deserve, all while making you believe they are doing you a favor. Lots of people leaving the building already and the officer is panicking for not being able to fill vacant units, which cause him to abuse the remaining tenants more and more. Avoid at all costs.”
