“I would like to raise a concern regarding the charging area in the underground parking used for Regency charging. The current parking space allocated for charging vehicles is very narrow, making it difficult and less convenient to park and charge the vehicles safely. There is additional unused space available nearby. We kindly request that the charging area be expanded or adjusted to provide a wider parking space for charging vehicles. This will help improve safety, ease of operation, and overall efficiency during charging activities. Thank you for your support and consideration. Best regards, Tawasul Transport Team”

“Very bad management and very bad security. Today I came to Regeny Charging Station to charge my vehicle and I needed to use the washroom. A security guard was sitting outside the washrooms and stopped me from using it. When I asked him the reason, he said it was management’s decision. After that, I went to the management office in Block A. The man at the counter also told me that outsiders are not allowed to use the washrooms. My question is: if someone comes in an emergency and needs to use the washroom, why is it not allowed? Drivers are also human beings. We deserve basic facilities and respect too.”

“I lived there for three years the Area is amazing but the houses are all full of mold in the walls. Multiple residents had the same issue and the level of maintenance is very very bad. I complained multiple times because of mold and leakages in the shower but no response and after leaving i got charged to fix these things.”

“• Air conditioning units are not functioning effectively. • Plaster cracks are frequently observed throughout the property. • Outdoor window cleaning is performed infrequently and to a poor standard. • No gym and pool facilities for residents.”

“1. I suggest they put the ablution area and majlis together with the bathrooms in a closed, air-conditioned space, honestly it's hot. 2. They put up posters about using slippers because I don't know why they put a walkway for people doing ablution 🤷 it's confusing. And in the bathroom there's no sign on the entrance showing where the ablution area is. 3. Some people wet the seats and they weren't cleaned, they should put up awareness posters about it.”
