“It's a modern design, and that's it. The walls are thin, you can hear everything: the neighbor washing upstairs, the sound of someone walking in the hallway. The neighbors smoke inside the building, and the smell spreads through the ventilation into all the apartments. They made the rent unreasonably high, but in reality, the quality of the building is terrible👎🏼Not worth the price....”

“It’s either you get woken up by a fire alarm or you can’t sleep because of it! It’s literally the worst thing ever in this building”

“There have been three instances of a fire alarm going off three times in a week without any apparent reason. Additionally, there have been numerous advertisements placed on the door inside the apartment.”
