“Each year they increase the rent and the ace. The gym is very small and has very limited equipment, which makes training more difficult. The maintenance is also very poor. The outside windows are almost never cleaned; they are covered with dirt and bird droppings, and they are so dirty that they block the view. It is disappointing because better cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference.”

“One of the good apartments to live in if you have an office near al nadah. Facilities are good with all amenities like gym, swimming pool, parking. The building is new around 5 years old construction. Hall size is big and the rooms are spacious too. Even 1 bhk has 2 washrooms and a small balcony with fresh air. The view is awesome from high rise floors. Location is excellent as everything of daily use available within 500 meters of the apartment. The lobby area is a little congested but still not a problem. Overall a nice.place to live in.”

“You will never get your deposit back . Maintanance is worst . They will not do maintenance when requested and they will charge you for the same and they make sure deposit money and invoice match to hold your money.”

“1. Very bad cleaning service. They do not have any cleaning team here. Only one person cleans one time in the morning and then all the surroundings are dirty for the whole day.. 2. Maintenance services sends a person everyday in the morning to check fire alarms. 3. Always strange people entering the reception area and setting there. Security do nothing.”

“Living here for 3 yrs. Initially for 2 yr everything was perfect but not now.Landlord should give maintainence to some other company. Rocky estate doesn't bother to help you out and put everything on tenant. Planning to move”

“Very bad management and maintenance, never ever fall in their trap seeing the view of the building , once you pay the cheque they will not even attend any of your issues. Maintenance and management is worst !!!!”
