“For a community well organized as usual by MAG, the fact they don’t have visitor parking every time a visitor comes it’s a hassle is turning to be pretty disturbing.

“VERY VERY VERY BAD community and community management
Horrible quality and finishing
Living there for 6 month now,
If you're planning to move to MAG city you have to think X50 before taking a bad decision in your life and suffer
Community Management are not reliable and they dont answer or even manage anything
NO facilities or amenities NO Gym No Pool and even no provision to that while the agencies will tell you it's opening after 3 month "a promises made last year 2024" NOTHING happened
* Parking is horrible, not organized
* Water Leakage from AC
* Water leakage from the Heater
*Water leakage from upper floors and neighbours
* Walls humidity bcoz of water leakage
* lights in the appartement always blinking and get damaged
* Noises and no sound isolation in the corridors
* lift is not operational to SAVE MONEY
* Police always visiting for unpleasant visitors overnight Drunks and fight
* No any supermarket or laundry and even no provision to that
It's a countless problems as a tenent, owners are happy and NO one cares about your issues, No action will be taken
It's a big FAIL to Mr. Moufak al Gaddah MAG with this type of development and management”

“I have been living here since February, and I was promised by estate agent that by May both the swimming pool and the gym would be completed. However, as of now—almost July—there is no sign of a gym being constructed. The construction progress is extremely slow, and nothing seems to be moving forward.
The management of this community promised that by July, we would receive access cards to enter the community through the gate barrier, and that the gym and swimming pool would be completed. None of these promises have been fulfilled. Construction is moving at a very slow pace, and the workers seem to be barely working.
Additionally, there is a serious issue with noise. The walls are so thin that you can clearly hear your neighbors and even their pets. The security here is also very poor. I have personally experienced my designated parking spot being taken by someone else at least six times. There is no proper access control—anyone can enter the community. There are no access cards, and the entrance to the parking area is not secured by a private gate. Because of this, anyone can take your parking spot. I had to call the police multiple times, and only after that I purchased my own “No Parking” sign to try to prevent this.
This community is completely disappointing—there are no shops nearby, nowhere to walk, no pedestrian crossings, no pool, and no gym. For the amount of rent we pay, these amenities should be included. I absolutely will not be renewing my contract here.
The construction quality and finishing of the apartment also leave much to be desired. I’ve written multiple complaint letters, and in over six months, I received only one reply—and even then, none of the promises were fulfilled.
I deeply regret signing a one-year lease, and I will not be renewing it under any circumstances. In a proper community, you would expect a gym, a pool, a kids’ play area, and good infrastructure—but here, there is nothing, while the rent remains unjustifiably high. The building has been inhabited since 2024, yet construction right outside my windows is still ongoing and barely progressing.”
