“had the worst encounter with the security guard who was shouting at me. I accidentally entered the wrong rocky building and the security wanted to bite my head off. When i called rocky they dint seem to care that their guards speak to women in a harsh arrogant manner.”

“I recently concluded my almost four-year-long tenancy, and I feel compelled to share my incredibly negative experience with the building and its management company. This review aims to provide an honest and accurate account of the noise levels, cleanliness, and unhelpful nature of the building management. From day one, noise became a persistent issue in the building. Whether it was the constant clattering of dishes and loud conversations from the shared apartment's food catering business or the lack of soundproofing more over kids playing in the corridors, it was impossible to find any peace or tranquility within the confines of my own apartment. The incessant commotion often disrupted my sleep, making it incredibly challenging to recharge after a long day. Moreover, the building's cleanliness was consistently subpar. The common areas were frequently littered with debris, and unpleasant odors often wafted through the hallways. Despite numerous complaints and requests for improvement, the situation remained unchanged. The lack of cleanliness not only impacted the aesthetics of the building but also created an unsanitary and uninviting living environment. Unfortunately, the building management's attitude towards these issues exacerbated the already disappointing situation. Their unhelpfulness and indifference to the concerns raised by tenants were both disheartening and frustrating. Maintenance requests were met with delays or outright neglect, leaving residents to deal with unresolved issues on their own. The lack of communication and accountability displayed by the management company throughout my tenancy was truly disappointing. Overall, my experience in this building has been nothing short of a nightmare. The constant noise, unsatisfactory cleanliness, and unhelpful building management made my time there unbearable. I strongly advise anyone considering renting in this building to think twice before signing a lease. It's essential to find a living environment where your comfort and well-being are prioritized, as these factors significantly impact your overall quality of life.”

“Relatively old building but serves it's purpose ... However good location with everything round it. Just opposite NMC hospital across the road from each other... New buildings springing around here too.”
