“This building management is completely negligent and unprofessional. The noise levels are absolutely unbearable, with constant shouting and disturbances going on until midnight, showing zero respect for nearby residents or surrounding buildings. What makes it even worse is their blatant disregard for their own rules. The pool is clearly supposed to close at 9 PM, yet children are allowed to use it well past that time,unsupervised and without any lifeguard or safety personnel present. This is not just irresponsible, it is dangerous and puts lives at risk. It is shocking how little control or accountability there is. “This building management is completely negligent and unprofessional. The noise levels are absolutely unbearable, with constant shouting and disturbances going on until midnight, showing zero respect for nearby residents or surrounding buildings. What makes it even worse is their blatant disregard for their own rules. The pool is clearly supposed to close at 9 PM, yet children are allowed to use it well past that time,unsupervised and without any lifeguard or safety personnel present. This is not just irresponsible, it is dangerous and puts lives at risk. It is shocking how little control or accountability there is. Management either doesn’t care or is completely incapable of enforcing basic rules. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for any residential building. If this situation is not addressed immediately, I will be escalating this matter to the relevant authorities. Residents should not have to tolerate this level of chaos and risk.”
