Moreover very bad building maintenance by rocky. They don't care about anything and only want to loot the tenants with over priced rent and unnecessary commission. “This should be one of the worst building in whole Dubai the workers are bad every time we try to contact they don’t respond or just respond and ignore and don’t let me start on the AC completely horrible we get sweaty from it the worker comes check and just don’t know what they are doing if it wasn’t due to our problems we wouldn’t have stayed here an hour Totally nrecommend not to live here I advice you not to live here they deserve this since they don’t care about their customers if you want trouble then I recommend u to stay and u wana sleep uncomfortably WORST BULDING!!!”

“Terrible building + terrible real estate agency that’s managing the building. Wouldn’t even stay here for free. - Was promised a parking and guess what, the watchman never gave the remote, saying for more than 3 months that he couldn’t find the battery for it. (When complained, nothing happened) and there was always someone in the lot designated to us. Had to park the car outside in the sand especially considering that there’s no parking available as it’s a clumped up area with a fleet of rental cars hoarding on most of the parkings. - Rocky real estate will continue to increase the rent every year while providing NO amenities at all. No gym, no pool and no parking ^ - While vacating the watchman continued to HARASS us till we left!! - The agency promised plenty of things in the beginning but at the end of the day, they couldn’t keep up with any of their promises and since it was all talk, they couldn’t take word. - The area isn’t entirely family neither the bldg”

“Worst building in dubai, Zero Maintenance not recommend for family stay. Be aware of ROCKY real state agents. They will sugar quote everything during the vists, and after leasing, they dont care if they even know you. The worst part is Mr.Irfan supervisor for such old buildings suggests to leave the building and look for new building in case of any issue.”

“AC in the building is totally screwed ! Due to this reason alone , people cant stay here long ! I am editing this review after one year , AC issue still a big issue . No proper maintenanace , For weeks AC will not work and still maintenance team will not respond properly and you will have to move to hotel accomodations and they wont reimburse either . This is the real condition of the building .”
