Management seems more interested in collecting rent than providing the basic standards of maintenance and support that residents deserve. I would not recommend this building to anyone unless there are significant improvements in the way it is managed.”

“Incredibly poorly built building so the walls are paper thin and you can hear every little thing happening next door or above you. They remove your possessions from outside your front door without notice leaving you searching and enquiring where things have gone. They don’t inform tenants about pool renovations and just leave you trotting up and down asking security why facilities are locked. Kids scream and play in the corridors as well riding scooters and bikes. Finally, emergency maintenance issues like broken AC are not addressed promptly. Do not recommend.”

“I would like to share my excellent experience with City Tower Real Estate. The manager, Mr. Naeem Bandukwala, is very professional, supportive, and always ready to help. His guidance and cooperation made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The building is very well maintained, clean, and organized. In my opinion, it is one of the best building Mamzar Gate in the Nahda-1 area. The management takes good care of maintenance, cleanliness, and overall facilities.
The City Tower Real Estate team is extremely cooperative, responsive, and honest. They provided complete details clearly and helped me at every step until everything was finalized.

“Please read the contract carefully, they are asking for 5% admin fee yearly. Which is illegal, Management or brokerage company can not charge the tenants 5% admin fee yearly. Be careful with this. Also read air conditioning fix fee monthly.”
