“Building is good but full of RATs . Night time they keep running above the ceiling and makes scary to kids. Some times we can see their tales out of AC vent. I requested care taker abt this and he kept mice stickers in the ceiling , but couldn’t catch any of mice . Then I brought rat trap ( box type ) and kept above the ceiling . In day 1st I got 6 rats from ceiling. Security took the photo as well. But I don’t know building management will take action for this. Maintenance team says , above ceiling the walls has big spaces connecting with other apartments . So mouse can come from other apartments also . I am sharing the video screen shot of mouse I caught .”

“I was a customer present today in the Reaction salon and the salon was crowded. We were subjected to building security guards opening doors and attacking the salon by forcing employees to open doors by shouting because there is a problem with the building. This is completely unacceptable. This is a women's salon and they should be fired from their jobs immediately. As a UAE citizen, if I am subjected to this rudeness a second time, I will take appropriate action.”

“The worst management i ever seen in my life. Building is so dirty and so badly maintained. I lived there for more then a year and windows were never washed is one of examples. Management is so rude and not helpful, they would charge me extra for everything they could. I literally never seen anything similar. Thankfully i never have to deal with them ever again! And location is…well living in the streets with cars honking 24/7, so dusty and dirty.”

“To everyone who is reading my reviews, please never rent in this building as I am regretting severely after renting out and I can't leave until my tenancy contract is finished, so the whole year will be restless and dissapointing. There are many reasons as why not to rent in this building. First is the maintenance, which is neglected as the building is dirty and there is always water leaking everywhere due to lack of maintenance and there is always smell especially in the basement area as there is no proper cleaning. Second, is that there are pests lurking everywhere and there is no pest control done. In my kitchen, there is a honey bee hive and all the bees r coming in the kitchen area and I have no option but to call the pest control at my own cost which is supposed to be management's responsibility as the bee hive is outside the kitchen ventilation area and not the fault of the tenant. Thirdly, the parking I got is 1km far from my flat as the one nearby my flat is allocated to someone else which is unfairrrr!!! Fourth, the area outside the building is commercial so expect lot of noise , traffic and street is blocked especially the entrance to the car parking of the building due to the tea shop outside the building so I always get stuck and cant enter the car parking smoothly as everytime there is hassle and traffic jam. Fifth, the rent is on the higher side and after paying more than the market value of this area for 1bhk, I didn,t expect the lethargic and unprofessional attitude of the maintenance team. So, please guys don't repeat the mistake I did as you can find better and economical options in this area but never ever go for this building as you will regret it as I am now as my peace is ruined despite paying a higher rent compared to other buildings. Not worth it at all, if I can give 0 stars I would so have no option but to give a 1 star which also they dont deserve.. Simply it is the worst decision of my life to rent out here and I have to sufffer for 1 year till I can move out and all I can do is to warn other people from making the same mistake I did.”
