“I have complained many a times for the blower on the top of the building which disturbs the neighbouring building tenants. There is NO action taken even after my repeated complaints. We cannot open our balcony doors and windows for fresh air because of the loud and noisy sound of the blower as well as a wave of hot air is released from the blower which makes it very difficult. I have spoken several a times about this. Finally, I am going ahead and lodging a complaint in the Dubai Land Department.”

“The guard rail at the entrance has been wobbly forever, and they just won't bother fixing it (no matter how many times you tell them). If you have a loved one who needs to use the accessible ramp, you are better off carrying them over the stairs.”
