“Worst place. Below average maintenance. Huge cocroach problem. You don't own the place, you just co-rent the place with cocroaches. Car park is also bad. Bird poop, AC water or direct sun will ruin your car. Overall recommended if you are dumb like me when it comes to making dicisions.”

“Very bad building maintenance overall.. building is full of cockroaches that in spite of doing pest control inside the house cockroaches are not subsided and the garbage room is never clean that worsens the situation. Would never recommend for any.”
