“It is a nice tower to live in specially for bachelors.... as most of the Apartments here are on sharing basis... The quality of the apartment is good... It consist of a Gymnasium separate for men and women... along with a Swimming pool on the roof which is on 57th floor... Being the amenities on the top floor... one gets a beautiful view of the city.... The building has 4 lifts and 1 service lift along with a 24 hr.. security at the reception. The best part of the tower is... it has a supermarket "West Zone" at its Ground Floor. Other major factors to select this building is... its nearness to the Business Bay metro station which is right in front.”

“the rooms are good although its a little small, but for a single occupant who just wants privacy in dubai, this place is suitable for you. the lifts are also fast and the waiting time is less than u imagined. it is same building as the westzone supermarket, near pharmacy, salon for men and women, bus stop and most especially, Business bay metro station is just 4 mins away plus you have a vie of the burj khalifa just infront of the entrance of the building.”

“Building is near by to business bay metro station on sheikh zayad road,near by to downtown and the famous burj khalifa building,having 57 floors with rooftop gym and swimming pool.you will a good view from here of burj khalifa fountain show from roof.”
