“Из минусов. Рядом очистительные сооружения. Во дворе и со стороны автобусной остановки пахнет редко. А со стороны пустыни часто. И утром и вечером бывает. Иногда, утром, в 5-7 часов пахнет сильно и концентрировано. Дышать нет возможности. Живем в новых домах. Часто включают пожарную сигнализацию. Видимо, ни как не настроят. Территория открыта не вся. Поставили забор, через который все пролезают. Убрали бы уже и люди ходили по всей большой территории. Из плюсов. Красивый внутренний двор. Бассейны, тренажеры, площадки. Птички поют. Звук природы вечером ощущается особо сильно. Приятно. Территория зеленая. Есть тренажеры на улице. Техничный корт, баскетбольная, волейбольная площадка. Со стороны дороги имеется магазин продуктов, в нем можно найти все необходимое. Магазин овощей, аптека, парикмахерская, Пицца хат, кафе, Бургер Кинг. Посмотрим, что откроют еще. До метро ехать на автобусе 50 минут, от метро ехать на автобусе 7 минут. До моря на машине 20 минут. Слышимость в доме. Двери в квартиры тонкие. Слышно звонок лифта, когда приезжает на этаж. Слышно, когда соседи громко разговаривают и дети шумят в ожидании лифта. (Живу не у лифта, как громко говорят слышно во всей квартире, не только у двери) В августе появился сильный гул из ближайшей местности. Особенно слышно утром и ночью с закрытиями окнами. Гудит что то без остановки. Так же, планируется строительство еще нескольких домов рядом, жилищный комплекс увеличивается. Будет готовы к шуму и пыли. Всем удачи”

“Cons: There are treatment facilities nearby. In the courtyard and near the bus stop, smells are rare. But from the desert side, often. Both morning and evening it happens. Sometimes in the morning, around 5-7 a.m., it smells strongly and concentrated. It's impossible to breathe. We live in new buildings. The fire alarm is often activated. Apparently, they can't configure it properly. The territory is not fully open. They put up a fence that everyone climbs through. If they removed it, people could walk around the entire large territory. Pros: Beautiful interior courtyard. Pools, fitness equipment, playing areas. Birds sing. The sound of nature in the evening is felt especially strongly. Pleasant. Green territory. There are outdoor fitness machines. Tennis court, basketball, volleyball court. On the road side there is a grocery store where you can find everything you need. Vegetable shop, pharmacy, hairdresser, Pizza Hut, café, Burger King. Let's see what else opens. To the metro by bus takes 50 minutes, from the metro by bus takes 7 minutes. To the sea by car takes 20 minutes. Sound insulation in the house: Apartment doors are thin. You can hear the lift bell when it arrives on the floor. You can hear when neighbors talk loudly and children make noise waiting for the lift. (I don't live near the lift, but when they speak loudly, it's heard throughout the entire apartment, not just by the door). In August, a strong humming appeared from a nearby area. Especially audible in the morning and at night with windows closed. Something hums continuously without stopping. Also, construction of several more buildings is planned nearby, the residential complex is expanding. Be prepared for noise and dust. Good luck to everyone.”

“Midtown in general is a family friendly community managed by Deyaar. The place is great and a lot of amenities such as pools, tennis court, basketball court, children’s playground and gym. There’s also a running track. We’ve been living here for 2 years already. Currently in Dania 4 but moving to Mesk which is one of the 2 new districts opened last April 2023. In total, there are 4 Districts which are Afnan, Dania, Noor and Mesk.”

“Midtown in general is a family friendly community managed by Deyaar. The place is great and a lot of amenities such as pools, tennis court, basketball court, children’s playground and gym. There’s also a running track. We’ve been living here for 2 years already. Currently in Dania 4 but moving to Mesk which is one of the 2 new districts opened last April 2023. In total, there are 4 Districts which are Afnan, Dania, Noor and Mesk.”
