“Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Deyaar. The service charges are ridiculously high and it just feels like they keep finding ways to charge you more.
The building quality is also very disappointing — the walls are so thin you can hear everything from your neighbors. It doesn’t feel like your own home, more like you’re living in a shared space.
What annoyed me the most is how easily they can fine you for small things and add extra charges. It feels like there’s no flexibility, and everything just gets approved straight away without much explanation.
Overall, not a good experience at all. I’d suggest saving yourself the headache and looking at other options.”

“I stayed there during the final stage of the COVID-19 pandemic. The community is nice, safe, and comfortable, with almost everything you need nearby. The bedrooms are quite small, and the apartment layout could be better. At that time, we also had an issue with cockroaches coming in from the landscaped areas, but overall, it was a good place to live.”

“This is the worst management I have ever faced since being in Dubai for almost 10years. From the move in process, to very rude security and a lack of efficient management when it comes to health and safety of the apartments. I had raised issues about AC 5/6 times everyday for days on end without anyone coming to assist - now I’m still sat in an apartment that has no AC and getting very sick because of poor air flow.
They take your money very fast and ask for all types of deposits and then when there is any issue they will not respond or follow up ATALL.”

“I have been living in Dubai for 8 years, and for the last 6 months I have been living in Midtown. Moving here has been the biggest mistake of my life, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
This is absolutely not a safe community. Even my car parking barrier, which I placed to prevent other vehicles from parking in my spot, was stolen — and this was not the first incident.
To reach security, you need to call at least 10 times, and I have never seen such a disgraceful place or such poor management in my entire life.
They claim that the cameras do not cover this specific area and that only the left and right sides are visible. But the person who took the barrier must have walked through the parking area carrying it. There are so many cameras — is it really possible that it did not appear on any of them?
Either they are protecting someone, or the item was taken by their own staff, or this place is simply not as “24/7 secure” as they claim. There is no other explanation.
This means that in this area, anyone can do whatever they want — damage vehicles, steal property — without any consequences.
I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.”
