“Its a great building to live in. It is just opposite to the Circle Mall. It has a great view. Building maintenance is good as well. Masjid is near by. Hessa street exit is just nearby. There is a cafeteria just below the building. Parking is good as well. I have been living here since a year now and renewed. The building doesn't have a swimming pool or a gym, so thats the only miss.”

“The staff and maintenance are excelent, but the building is very bad and disgusting full with insects and lizards plus the AC BILLS are very high compared to any other building plus one of the strategies for the managment to save money is that all floors AC are always closed so its hot during winter and boiling during summer, finally when you are exiting the building they will come with nonsense and silly reasons to deduct from your deposit. Overall this building is very bad and rubish to waste a single dirham on.”
