“1 : Windows are cleaned once in a year so you can not see outside . 2 : when you enter in the building you are welcomed with bad smell of garbage I complained many times but security guards says no sir its all ok 😂. 3 : If you have kids then every month you need to visit doctor because there is mold/fungus in air condition Duct . Which will never go away. My wife got skin issues and my kid who is 2 yrs is always sick due to that fungus issue . So i personally will not recommend this building.”

“This building is pathetic many maintainance issue which never resolved and of u want to rent appartment at 1st floor then be ready to clean other people garbage like sanitary pads masks and other dirty garbage. And after many many complaints management will not solve any issue.Very very bad experience of staying here weekly you have to call maintainance and they will provide poorest service as possible”

“The residential apartment is excellent but a particular security guard named rajesh is very arrogant and he does not wear mask at all even when around people. This particular person must be removed or replaced. Especially during covid pandemic this kind negligence is intolerable.”
