“A very clean tower, security is always present the pool and gym are very clean only downside too much noise around because of construction work”

“I have been a tenant for 3 yrs in Tower A. the first year and half were great, since then it has been awful. gym and pool continually closed for maintenance. the acoustics in the place are awful some apartments can hear some peoples TV clear as a bell causes noise complaints, ive also known of tenants have the police called on them at 11am in the morning and 7pm at night for noise complaints which nobody else on the apartment floor can hear. the management team do nothing to mediate or help the tenants. ive been woken at 3am to be told there is a noise complaint on my apartment... i was asleep. the security are fantastic and lovely guys. The management team and administration staff are a nightmare. for example today is my move out day, since one month they have been informed they requested all sorts of NOC security cheques upto 7500 aed NOC to be sent to the chiller company and all sorts. All of this i have completed. yet they still want to stop me from moving out due to them being jobsworth. I would not recommend living here. So happy to leave.”

“I lived in Montrose A for 1 year and was very happy to leave. The building had numerous issues(one example is a person glass on her balcony just smashing off one day and dropping down from a height) and my apartment was a disaster. Every time I turned on taps in bathrooms(I had two as it was two bedroom apartment) black water would come pouring out. I noticed a change when cleaning my teeth also so used bottled water. The AC was so bad and it didn't work for weeks and still deyaar charged(Don't get me started on Deyaar and how they rob their tenants, I am still in dispute with them about AC charged that are charged double). The car park gate rarely worked so security spent their time in and out to open it. These are just a few mentioned issues but after a year, I had enough and was very happy to leave.”

“I am a resident at Mont Rose Tower A. Let's start with the pros. Building is brand new and has the best 2 bedroom apartments. Rents are low and most of the 2 bedroom apartments come with a small maids room that can also be used for storage. Security staff is super nice and helpful. Cons: However, behind the building, there is non stop construction 24/7. The glass isn't sound proof and you will hear a huge generator running day and night outside your window even if you are on one of the higher floor (10+). If you are a light sleeper then you will have a lot of trouble sleeping with the noise at night. This building is new so there is still construction going on within the building and there is noise related to that as well but only in day time. The WORST PART about this building is the maintenance staff. If there is something that needs to be repaired (electric, plumbing, AC) good luck with making it happen. The staff doesn't show up by itself. You have to keep calling and follow up to make it happen after registering a complaint multiple times. Given that it is a new building, things have to be serviced and repaired more often and getting things done in this building and with this maintenance staff is a stressful process. Finally, there is no small grocery store inside the building. The nearest one is a 3 min drive or 10 min walk. The only reason I am giving this building 2 stars is because of the size of the apartments and the security staff. For the rest, I wouldn't have rented this place if I would have known about construction noise and the terrible staff.”
