“The building location is very convenient, with good access to RTA services nearby. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the building maintenance and the behavior of the watchman, Ahmed. The staircase area is not being cleaned properly, and there are often cigarette butts and other litter left there. When I informed Ahmed about the issue and requested that the staircase be checked and cleaned, he responded rudely and said, "If you want to stay, stay; otherwise leave the building." I believe this behavior is inappropriate and does not reflect good customer service. I kindly request that Middle East Company look into this matter, improve the cleaning standards in the common areas, and address the watchman's behavior toward tenants. Thank you for your attention to this issue.”

“This building is worse regarding maintenance issues,tripping from ceilings inside apartments Especially there are 2 elevators,i don't know who supervise this building or owners are blind ,they can't even see ,they have closed 1 elevator and the 2nd elevator is not working from 4 days, Familys,everyone using stairs,its not an elevator, Rooms are good ,but here is no mechanism maintenance too much dirty stairs.”

“Al rubaya building Qusais next to time plaza hotel..managed by Middle East real estate it's very bad experience we had in our flat it's a very bad services from maintenance team and the Supervisor don't know to behave is very rude person.”
