“worst move out experience ever, no communication from the team despite constant follow up. They will take 2/3 of your deposit just for “standard” processes like cleaning and pest control which they’ve never done while i was living there and I hired cleaners to leave the place very clean. You need to chase after the management team for two months just to get the process on how to move out and don’t get me started on the actual move out. They will email you constantly on renewing your contract which increases every year but won’t replying for moving out. No gym no pool, no parking if you are a studio which would be almost 1000aed extra a month. i lived there three years and most of the stores…”
