“Really disappointed. No things are good in this mulla building. Only the reception seems good. Rest all are poor maintenance. Ac cooling very low. It’s Literally hot in the balcony rooms. Only 2 lifts are working one is always in maintenance. Morning & evening you have to be in a queue for min 15 minutes to get into the lift. Before taking the room agents will give you false promises & fake commitments only for the commission. Once you you shifted they will not provide anything &
They will give unhygienic room without deep cleaning. Hereby I inform everyone don’t come to this building- AL MULLA BULDING ENBD2 by hearing the words of agents. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏”

“The building's lift is consistently malfunctioning, causing constant issues 😤. Furthermore, the exclusion of bachelors from the swimming pool and gym facilities is highly inconvenient and discriminatory 😠. This establishment is far from satisfactory 👎.”

“I recently visited MS Al Mulla Building 2 to check accommodation options and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering staying there.
The first positive thing I noticed was the overall condition of the building. The reception area was clean, organized, and gave a good first impression. The common areas and hallways also appeared to be maintained reasonably well. From the outside, the building looks decent, and the overall environment inside was calm and presentable.
However, after inspecting the available accommodations, I found several issues that may be important for potential tenants. The building mainly offers partition accommodations, but many of the available spaces are quite small. The starting price was around AED 1,100, which may seem affordable, but considering the size and level of privacy provided, I personally did not find it to be good value for money.
One of my biggest concerns was the lack of sound insulation. The partitions are very close to each other, and conversations from neighboring rooms can be heard easily. During my visit, it was noticeable that when people talked loudly, their voices could be clearly heard in nearby partitions. Television sounds and other everyday noises also traveled through the walls. For people who value privacy, work different shifts, or simply want a quiet place to rest, this could become a significant inconvenience.
Another point that may not suit everyone's preference is that the accommodation arrangement includes both ladies and gents within the same general living environment. While this may not be an issue for some people, others may prefer separate accommodations for greater comfort and privacy.
To be fair, the building itself is not in poor condition. The cleanliness of the reception area and the overall environment inside the building were positive aspects. Staff and management may also be doing their best to maintain the property. However, the small partition sizes, limited privacy, and noise issues were enough to make me reconsider staying there.
Overall, if your main priority is finding a budget-friendly place and you do not mind sharing a living environment with minimal sound privacy, this accommodation might work for you. However, if you are looking for a quiet, private, and comfortable living space, I would recommend exploring other options before making a decision.”
