“I live in Mudon Views, and my experience with this building has been extremely frustrating. For the past two months, I have repeatedly asked the security and maintenance teams for help because my apartment is constantly cold due to the corridor AC blowing directly into my unit. Every time I follow up, I am told “we will check,” but nothing is ever done.
I even sent a formal request to building management explaining that my young son is constantly feeling cold and getting sick because of this issue. To this day, I have received no response and no action has been taken. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it involves health concerns.
Parking is another major issue. Many parking spaces are being used by people from outside the community who come to the park, and some vehicles have been occupying the same spots for over a year without moving. Despite my continuous complaints, no action has been taken, and residents often struggle to find parking in their own building.
The only person who truly deserves recognition is Mr. Kevin, the security guard. He is always polite, helpful, and genuinely tries his best to assist residents”

“I live in Mudon Views, and my experience with this building has been extremely frustrating. “Such a great building to live in. So so peaceful. Good facilities. You see the cleaners around constantly which is always a good sign too!
Security are always helpful but especially Kevin… the building is very lucky to have him, he is an absolute gentleman that has gone above and beyond to help me and my partner Harry since we moved in. Always so friendly and kind. Thank you!”
