Very sharp alarm more than your expectations can damage the ear I am facing this problem all time specialy i have already surgery on my ear also i have new born can t support this high volum of alarm sound that s the only bad experience we face here”

“Fire alarm keeps on ringing in sleeping time. It was so loud and happened for more than 3 times in just 1 week. Very sharp alarm more than your expectations can damage the ear I am facing this problem all time specialy i have already surgery on my ear also i have new born can t support this high volum of alarm sound that s the only bad experience we face here”

“Ample Parking lot. Fully family oriented residential community. Children play grounds. Nearby restaurants and supermarket. Bus stop and green gardens. Fully furnished and apartment. Like villa. Beautiful design. Al Khail Gate Community neighborhood.”

“Fire alarm keeps on ringing in sleeping time. It was so loud and happened for more than 3 times in just 1 week. I am having tinnitus already and it’s a delicate thing. Now if the alarm keeps on ringing without a reason, people will be used to it and wont know if it’s an actual emergency already. If you are planning to move make sure to ask them about this.”

“Window glasses are falling everyday and no action is taken. Resident's building parking is closed since long. All residents using common outside parking and most of the time it is full with outsiders and commercial vehicle. Totally disappointing stay”
