“Living here for 3 years now since the building opened for renting and so far everything is great , cleaning and maintenance are regularly done, my 3bhk apartment is the biggest size and best usage of space in Al Warqaa ,Rocky management are good as usual and are taking care of the building very well.”

“My honest and genuine feedback after my 5 months stay. Rocky relestate service is so poor & low standard that will make anyone frustrated. Their management doesn’t care at all. You literally have to beg on things to fix unlimited times. You don’t bother how customer is suffering, that is not in their interest. I have faced multiple issue and the response is always poor. Would not recommend you rocky relestate. Once you sign the contract for a year, they will make you feel low standard customer by their low quality service.”

“Very nice building, apartments are decent sized and best of all has a storage/helper room. However the company that maintains it are the worst people, they will try to rip your security deposit off once you leave. In the summer the AC in the corridor is turned off so while waiting for the elevator it feels like a boiler room.”
