“Management and Maintenance team is getting too steep to save money. Not worth at all for such expensive rent. 1. Small Service lift is permanently closed. 2. 3 Passenger/1 Service lift all are not allowed to operate to save electricity bill Facing problem specially during peak hours for sending kids to school. Only one lift operates, which takes minimum 15 minutes to get lift. 3. Kids play in corridor and making so much noise. As main doors have gap in floor, we cannot sit in hall due to noise. Despite many complaints, management is least bothered. 4. No idea why AC air in bedrooms smells like bathroom. Definitely, there is some problem with treated air supply machine. Despite many complaints, management is least bothered. 5. smoking is not allowed in swimming pool area, and many people are using it as smoking zone. Management is least bothered to monitor them through CCTV, as kids pool is near to sitting area and being inhaled smoke everytime and ao uncomfortable whenever we go swimming. I request management to intervene and verify my painful points. I love this building and staying from few years, and seeing your service going down equally hurts.”

“Update May 2025: the cigarette issue is almost resolved after management enforced huge fines for violators People throw cigarette butts from balcony daily and management hasn't solved this problem. Also, people throw thrash in parking resulting in foul smell and annoyance. Also, the tenants in this building lack basic civic sense - not everything can be enforced by management”

“I warn anyone who would like to rent an apartment at NED BUILDING INVESTISSEMENT in the AL KARAMA BUR DUBAI sector, because the agents do not have a sense of the word business, the apartments are dilapidated, the places are not clean and there are a lot of cockroaches and other insects. To avoid I would even say run away if you have not signed anything with them.”
