“I went to the building and inquired about a 1 bhk flat. The building is clean and the security personnels are nice and the flat is nice as well. We like to take the flat but when we talked to this Yasser, He is asking for 25000 commission. At first we thought he is only joking or we miss heard him but when we talked to him in their office near Al Qiyadah Metro Station, he is indeed asking for 25000 commission. It is really like this in this building?”
