“Hello, We would like to raise two important issues in our building. ❗ The ventilation is not working properly and very often does not work at all. The smells stay inside the apartment, and we are tired of reporting this again and again without any improvement. ❗ Another issue is the security. At Noor 2 there is almost never any guard downstairs. This is a safety concern for all residents. It is a very beautiful complex, but unfortunately the quality of maintenance is very poor. We kindly ask you to take action and solve these problems as soon as possible. Thank you.”

“Build quality is horrible, you can hear your neighbors talking and can hear EVERYTHING in the corridor, although the doors are closed. The bathrooms are built terribly, with the floor slanted away from the drain, and no adequate sealing, water gets everywhere. Silicone was not done on the bathrooms and the grouting is a nightmare. There are leaks and dampness in the walls (the building is only around 2 years old). The allocated parking is so so so far away from the building and there’s no drop off area that you can use. Deyaar management do absolutely nothing to help or point you where to go. The pipes from the amenities are constantly leaking on the cars in the parking and causing damage. Its a shame.”

“I genuinely love Midtown! I've been living here for over a year and my opinion hasn't changed. Yes, last year there was indeed frequent alarm sounds, but this year there's been almost none. The community is oriented towards good neighbourly relations, constantly hosting celebrations. Rich infrastructure, convenient transport connections - all this makes this place ideal for living. Regarding repair quality (damp walls) I agree on this. This is perhaps the only downside. But this is not just DEYAAR's problem, it's a problem with most developers in the UAE. Only Ellington and Sobha can boast quality. Otherwise, damp concrete is a problem for the absolute majority of developers. I hope in new buildings the developer will try to minimize this.”
