“Noor. 3 is very quiet building with few well behaved kids. Floors are quiet. House keeping keeps the floor and reception clean. AC bills are high during summer for 1 bhk approx 500 to 600. The only problem is parking don't know how the parking was alloted I am staying in Noor 3 and my parking is in Dania 4 basement which is like very far to walk and pain during summer. Updated Review: Finally time has come to leave the place owner increased the rent by 10% which doesnt fall under Rera index but still doing it. For such a small house its not worth paying 66k I had a good time staying here.”
