What one reviewer said

“The building is nice, on a good location. BUT, we, the tenants, are facing this construction/demolition noice for few months now, eventhough the building management said it will last only 3 days. The work starts early morning until some time in the afternoon. There is no peace and rest in our homes. I'm not sure if the building is safe for living anymore because of all the cracks in the wall caused by drilling vibrations. Every appartment has cracks like the one on the video. It's sad that they are not taking…”

“There is a demolition work going on on the ground floor for some time already. A DEMOLITION, in a building full of tenants! Not only that it creates horrible noise, but it's also damaging the building. The walls are full of cracks. Is this even safe?!”

“The noice that comes from the ground floor is terrible. Management doesn't care about the tenants. And the building is already damaged by all the demolition work going on for months now.”
