“One of the best affordable community with all the basic luxuries. This community is relatively new and compare to other communities in Town-square - it has a better infrastructure and furnishing. The gym area alone is better than other communities”

“What was once a peaceful community, is now one of the noisiest living places I've experienced ever since living in Dubai. When we first moved here, it was quiet and peaceful. Now with tenants moving in and out of rentals all year long, the amount of noise coming from the moving trucks, moving workers, drilling and sawing metal, landscaping, etc, is non stop! Not to mention the added "usual" noisy neighbors, loud cars/motorcycles. The security team for NSHAMA are useless apart from gathering phone numbers at the gate entrance, apart from that they don't rectify issues that break the community policy. If what you're looking for is a peaceful and calm community, I wouldn't recommend any of the Townsquare townhouses communities. Unlike Emaar or Damac built communities they lack the customer support to maintain a clean and peaceful environment.”

“Town Square area has developed significantly in recent times and several buildings were constructed in a short period. The area is in continuous development and services have improved with more restaurants and central markets available. I first visited Noor Townhouses complex about 4 years ago when the area was almost empty, and today it has become wonderful and very suitable for living.”

“Great community and amazing vibes! Traffic is an issue though in the morning time due to school rush, but many roads projects are being introduced in 2025 to facilitate this and won’t be a problem anymore!”

“If it's not (polluting) leaf blowers making insane daily noise and useless endless trimming of almost nonexistent bushes, it's construction in front of your garden. End of the desert doesn't seem to exist..”

“We could not be happier to NOT have bought here. If you expect peace and quiet at the end of the desert think again. All day/night these sounds coming from workers either truck from the desert or “gardener” mafia blowing dust with these crazy high frequency machines”
