“UPDATE After living for 1.5 yrs. I can’t really find a single thing to complain about. We even had our A/C unit serviced by the maintenance team for free just last week. The passages are cleaned regularly, and I haven’t seen a single cockroach till date. Since the park opened in front of the building, the kids too enjoy living in this building. An update on the A/C bill as some had mentioned. We have not seen an increase in any of the bills. ————————————————————————— We moved in a week ago, but read most other reviews prior to moving in, even though we had already read the bad reviews.. “UPDATE After living for 1.5 yrs. I can’t really find a single thing to complain about. We even had our A/C unit serviced by the maintenance team for free just last week. The passages are cleaned regularly, and I haven’t seen a single cockroach till date. Since the park opened in front of the building, the kids too enjoy living in this building. An update on the A/C bill as some had mentioned. We have not seen an increase in any of the bills. ————————————————————————— We moved in a week ago, but read most other reviews prior to moving in, even though we had already read the bad reviews.. So far the building has been great, the staff (security, maintenance, cleaners, car wash) has been great.. In response to some of the other reviews: 1) We live a middle unit, and have not heard a single word spoken in our neighboring units.. 2) We haven’t spotted a single ant in the apartment, or on the floor we live in.. 3) There is no rusty water, or leakage from the roof or anywhere else.. 4) Can’t speak for the A/C bill as it’s only been a week since we moved in. All in all a great place for the area considered..”

“Very nice neat and clean building. All the staff is very nice from security to maintenance and cleaning staff every one is very good. now chiller is free in this building staying in this building from last two years very satisfied with everything.”
