I told him at least say is nicely you don’t need to have this rude behavior early in the morning. Instead he started cursing he thought i couldn’t understand his language”

“I really don’t know what happened with Dubai, and why every company is hiring uneducated people to run their business.
So far this is my 3rd location for 7years and I must say this is the worst company so far.
‘So living’ management is the worst I have ever deal with, starting the agent, maintenance, security, head office people.
I am shocked by the negative comments below mine, and I must agree with every person who wrote it.
Apartment on first impression looks amazing, but after you move in, your problems starts.
I am living 3 months here and still some things are not fixed, because of terrible team leading this building, who are constantly lying in person and thru emails.
If you choose this place protect yourself with emails, as it might later bounce on your back.
Starting day one pool is closes due to renovation, they broke every notice time given, gym is not maintained well, as well as apartments snag list is huge.
For this amount of money paying on monthly base, this is below minimum!
Such a shame for beautiful building.
Once or twice a week, alarm is turning on, and there is nobody downstairs to turn it off for quite some time.
It’s becoming to be annoying, and nobody is trying to fix it.”

“Management is not helpful at all. The security guard behaves as if he owns the building and lacks basic hospitality skills. His communication is extremely poor. When you first come to view the apartment, he speaks very sweetly, but the moment you move in, his true behavior shows.
Despite complaining several times to security, he never responds properly and often speaks rudely. We eventually approached the maintenance team directly, but to our surprise, they were equally unhelpful. Even the sales team is very sweet in the beginning and promises full support, but once the payment is done - Khallas, no assistance.
The owner or top management seriously needs to review their hiring and staff behavior, as this is damaging the reputation of both the management company and the property.
If you’re planning to move here, please think twice.

“I shifted here without checking these reviews , and this is biggest mistake. Honestly the maintenance is not supportive at all, security guard talks rudely and always on his personal phone watching movies or taking personal video calls.
In spite of highlighting the issues several times, there is no support from anyone. If you are planning to come and stay here, please please have a second thought about it as you might regret your decision later, thanks”
